We've done it. As promised, the site has moved to its new home, on its own dedicated machine. If you see Chris N, give him a shout out as he's the one that worked all the magic. The site should be running much faster now, and we now have more room to expand. So watch for more to come.
Also, as our thanks for you putting up with us during the past couple of months, we'll be extending all current premium memberships by 60 days.

Thanks.

very well done, usually I would notice site drag when there are 30 or so people, but now 30 people doesn't seem to be slowing it down.

Interesting place you've put it in. I wonder which one of you found this arcane datacenter?

I had a friend who had a forum, and at any time ruffly he had about 100 users online, and he was fine on a reseller, it got bigger to like 150 and he got a vps and then to 200 and he got a dc.
What datasenter is it nick?

Well this is a bit more than a forum. Also, some of our code isn't as optimally written at the moment.

800hosting I think. I've not heard of them at all before this. Their routing is cogent primary...and a datacenter, for those who don't know, is a high bandwidth place to put a site such as this. Most everything on the internet is in one of these.

Lol so j doesn't use his own hosting then?

The site needed it's own dedicated machine. When it was on my machine, it was sharing space with all of my webhosting customers and eating up a bunch of CPU. So Zone was moved away to make things better for the other customers.

Not only moved away from the machine, out of the damn datacenter it was in, a massive operation known as "ThePlanet."
